Welcome To Sedona Cantina and Tapas

interior view Sedona Cantina and Tapas Fayetteville WV restaurant bar grillWe have enjoyed serving our unique cuisine since 1994. Our desire is to serve gourmet food and drinks in a fun and casual atmosphere. Over the years we have become known for our eclectic mix of Thai, Japanese, Greek, Italian, Cajun, Mediterranean, Southwestern, and sometimes even Indian flavors.

As for the cantina, Sedona has a newly expanded bar to accommodate our extensive beer, wine and cocktail menus and makes for a great place to gather with friends. You can enjoy the perfect beverage paired with tapas, or stop in for just a drink at our casual, yet sophisticated smoke-free bar.

Sedona Cantina and Tapas also offers homemade desserts including our renowned bread pudding with caramel bourbon sauce, peanut butter pie, and cheese cake du jour.

Everything in our restaurant is homemade in-house from our own recipes. Nothing comes from the freezer, a box or a can. Our cuisine has been influenced by years of experience, our travels, family recipes, a love for amazing food and the desire to share what we create. We love to experiment, which keeps the menu fresh and always interesting. We hope you will join us.

What exactly are tapas? Loosely translated, Tapas means “small dishes”. Popular throughout Spain in bars and restaurants, and now oh-so-trendy in Europe and the United States, tapas are light to heavy appetizers that usually accompany cocktails. We now also offer a selection of great, filling sandwiches.

They can form an entire meal and can range from simple items such as our homemade chips and salsa, an Asian cucumber salad or a hummus plate, to more elaborate preparations such fiesta crab cake, Asian barbeque baby back ribs or our Hawaiian tuna poke made with sashimi tuna.

New!!! Come in Saturday night and enjoy peel and eat shrimp from 9 to 12. Large shrimp poached in beer, Old Bay, and lemon juice. Sold by the pound with plenty of cocktail sauce. Special prices on buckets of Corona or Coors Light.

Thursday Night is Oyster Night - hand breaded fried oysters served with cocktail sauce. They're a real treat!

Bloody Mary Sundays - Make your own bloody mary at the bar. We have all of the fixings available. The bloody mary special starts at 1 PM.

Great steak and fresh seafood features on the weekends. Call for current features.

Wonderful homemade warm bread pudding with caramel bourbon sauce, ever-changing flavors of cheesecakes (recently we've had chocolate Nutella and a lemon and fresh blueberry).
