From Southbound US 19 After crossing the New River Gorge Bridge, turn left at the first stoplight onto Court Street/Rt.16 S (you will see Tudors Biscuit World), heading into Fayetteville. Stay on Court Street/Rt.16 for about two miles through and out of town. Sedona Cantina and Tapas will be on your right.

From Northbound US 19 Turn right onto Appalachian Dr. just after the big Kmart/Kroger shopping plaza (there will be a hotel on your left at the North end of the plaza). At the stop sign, turn left onto Rt.16 N. Continue on Rt. 16 for 1.5 miles. Sedona Cantina and Tapas will be on your left.
